The Central Management Team of CCP and LTSS Care Partners dedicates itself to supporting our 6 Affiliated Partners in serving nearly 5,000 MassHealth Members in partnership with 14 Accountable Care Organizations/Managed Care Organizations. The Central Management Team provides the infrastructure needed to ensure the complexities of the program are managed efficiently and effectively across all partners. The Team drives the following centralized functions: Partner and ACO relations; Strategy, Quality, Program Services, Operations, and Analytics/Reporting.

Julie Battisti, Executive Director

Julie Battisti is CCP and LTSS Care Partners Executive Director. More information about Julie can be found on the Mission and Leadership page here.

Mike Tuplin, Director of Operations

Mike fulfills the role of the Director of Operations for CCP and LTSS Care Partners. Mike holds a Master’s in Business Administration with Healthcare concentration from Cambridge College (formerly the New England College of Business).  Mike’s work in the human services field spans over a decade, beginning at the direct care level with Vinfen’s southeast area congregate sites and progressing through various management roles within the company. At the start of the CP program in 2018, Mike took the role of Team Leader for CCP’s Boston area Vinfen team and helped to launch the program in partnership with CCP and LTSS Care Partners. In August of 2020, Mike joined the CCP and LTSS Care Partners team is his current role. Since that time, Mike has focused his efforts on operational projects aimed at streamlining internal and external communication processes and developing intake systems.



Hannah Conley, Director of Program Services

Hannah, Director of Program Services at CCP and LTSS Care Partners, has been with CCP since the rollout of the Community Partner program. Hannah is an Independently Licensed Social Worker and Behavioral Analyst in the state of Massachusetts, with 13 years of experience working with underserved and marginalized populations in the community serving populations with developmental disabilities, medical complexity, and serious mental illness. Hannah holds a Doctorate in Behavioral Health Care Management from Arizona State University, and a Master’s of Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Hannah has a passion for creating access to care for populations who have struggled with accessing services, and as Director of Program Services works to facilitate care team accessible workflows, translating ACO and MassHealth contracts into operationalizable processes including training and population health initiatives with ACO partners.
